The Management Trainee Program is a 2-year training program for college graduates where the goal is to promote personal and professional development so that our Management Trainees can succeed in a Cintas management career path. Our Management Trainee Program produces top-notch Cintas Partners who have superior management skills, an in-depth understanding of our business and industry, and an enthusiasm for our intense, fast-paced environment. The Management Trainee will receive hands-on learning including working in the capacities of service, sales, warehouse and office as well as classroom training with other Management Trainees.
Qualifications
· 4-year College degree, preferably a Business degree
· Valid Driver's License
· A leadership/management role in campus or related extracurricular activities preferred.
