In a hurry, but don't want to deal with a fried fast-food sandwich? When in the Independence area, stop by Zoup!, in a plaza near the corner of Rockside and Brecksville. This is a small chain which recently migrated into the area from Michigan. The menu could best be compared to Panera Bread. They have tasty sandwiches and salads, but their main attraction is their soup. There's too many to name, but they're all delicious. :) Check out their website for more details. The only setback is the price. The fare can be a little bit pricey when compared to similar places. Lunch averages around $8.00 and some change. But you get quality food. - Joy , posted 07/18/06 |
